This is the fourth edition of Norsk–somali ordbok [Norwegian–Somali Dictionary]. This edition contains a few more; there are over 14,700 Norwegian words and phrases. The index has been expanded, to make it possible to look up Somali words and find the Norwegian words that way.

The author, Cismaan Cabdi Guuleed, has lived in Norway for many years and is fluent in both Norwegian and his native language Somali. He has among other things worked as interpreter and translator.
