This is the first legal dictionary for Tamils living in Norway. The book contains approximately 700 of the most important legal concepts from Norwegian legislation.

The author, R. M. Raj, is 23 years old, and he has lived in Norway since 2003. Among other things he works as translator and interpreter between Norwegian, Tamil, and Sinhalese.
